In such a situation, it is good to use all available methods to lower the temperature in the rooms – both at home and at work. How can thermal insulation paint help to keep temperatures low?

On hot, cloudless days, it is the sun’s rays that heat up the surfaces of walls and roofs, which in turn heat up the rooms. For workers in warehouses and factories, the heat is unbearable. The conducted research has shown that working in a too warm environment increases the so-called heat stress. Moreover, a person working in such conditions becomes tired more quickly and easily loses motivation to work. Moreover, prolonged stay in a too warm environment is also associated with a worse functioning of the circulatory system, which may cause lesions. It was also found that with increasing temperature in the workplace, the number of hazardous behaviors and accidents increases. It’s no wonder that more and more companies are looking for ways to reduce the temperature in their workplaces. However, it is often not easy, because the work takes place in halls, which heat up quite quickly, and their large surfaces make it difficult to apply effective and inexpensive methods of cooling. Is there any way to do that?

One of the main properties of thermal insulation paint is the ability to reflect sunlight. Applying only 0.5 mm of paint allows you to take advantage of this property. You can paint a residential building as well as a production hall or warehouse in this way. As a result – such a room will heat up slower and comfortable conditions will prevail in it for longer. But this is not the only property of the paint that will help lower the temperature.

To make the temperature in the production plant more friendly to employees, you can also try to isolate all media that transport hot substances with a thermal insulation coating. This will, firstly, result in greater safety of work in the vicinity of pipes and exchangers, and in addition, the heat will not be transferred to the room through which it passes. How to reduce air conditioning costs?

Usually, when it starts to get unbearably warm, we start thinking about turning on or installing an air conditioner. This is certainly the most effective solution, but it uses quite a lot of electricity to keep it cool. We can reduce the electricity bill by using thermal insulation paint. Thanks to the microspheres included in the paint, it has insulating properties. Put simply, in a room that is cooled by an air conditioner, the cool air will be held in longer. This solution will be useful both in office spaces and a home cooled air conditioner.
